Feel Good Nakd
Since 2013 I’ve worked with women as a certified wellness and behavior change coach and as a mentor. I began with a small company called Corpão Fitness, which grew into a mission is to help women celebrate their bodies, magnify their voices and live life boldly.
My journey started 20 years ago with the desire to fit in, to be smaller and to try to find happiness by fitting my shape into the standards of the world. After years of going down the diet culture spiral, I finally found balance with food, enjoyment from exercise and self-acceptance.
Feel good nakd is about much more than nutrition or fitness, it’s reconnecting with your body, mind and dreams. That’s why every podcast episode is created to push you that much closer to the life you enjoy and the body you celebrate.
Feeling confident doesn’t happen overnight, it takes practice, patience and trust that you’ll find YOUR way. It’s a (continual) process that will have ups and downs; at times you’ll feel amazing and others you’ll struggle but at the end of it all, you’ll walk away feeling your most powerful and confident self. The important thing is to focus on how you see yourself, how you treat yourself and the expectations you have of yourself.
