ABOUT YOUR NUTRITION COACH:

Ola! I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I'm a Brazilian-American Wellness coach and certified Nutrition Specialist.

I've been helping women find a healthy lifestyle that works for THEM for nearly 8 years now.

I've worked with everyone from beginners to athletes so I understand MANY different ways to eat for YOUR unique activity level and goals.

I've personally been fit for the last 10 years in a SUSTAINABLE way - that means no ridiculous rules. I've made it my mission to teach other women how to do the same.

As a NASM Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist, I'm here to help you figure out how to eat and train for YOUR body.

How often do we get new recipes?

You'll get n17 ew recipes every single month. These will include recipes for main meals, side dishes and snacks.

Do you have Vegan and Vegetarian options?

Yes! You'll always have delicious recipe options as a Vegan or Vegetarian and your own meal plan to follow. NOTE: All recipes are dairy-free. You're welcome to add dairy if you'd like of course.

How do the substitutions work?

For select recipes with ingredients that might be more specialized, we include substitutions so that you can still make the dish and not have to go out of your way to find groceries!

These substitutions are also helpful if you're low on groceries and want to use up what you've got left!

What if I just want to try it out for a month?

Completely fine! Just make sure that you email team@corpaofitness.com before your second month payment is due if you choose to cancel your membership.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

Please email team@corpaofitness.com with your requirements so that we can evaluate if it makes sense for you to join the membership or not.

Note that you should always clear any meal plan with a doctor first if you have special requirements.
