Cara is known in the fitness world for expanding calisthenics to women. At 4ft 9in, she performs exercises that are difficult for most men – without an athletic or gymnastics background!

Cara is incredibly inspirational with an intuitive approach to health and fitness that doesn’t focus on the way we look, but rather what our bodies can do.
