How do you fight unworthiness? Become more body confident? Still feel GOOD if you don’t look a certain way? ALL of this starts with body trust.
The biggest block that most of us face is we’ve been ignoring our bodies for decades. It’s difficult to trust after years of ignoring cues and signals. It’s hard to trust when we’ve felt that our body is working against our fitness goals or holding us back from looking a certain way. In this episode we talk about revisiting that trust and building self-esteem beyond the mirror.
